March 23, 2025Definitely not as good as it was almost 2 years ago. With the new changes new residents definitely do not care about their neighbors and the cleanliness of the property! The new office personnel and the maintenance men do try to keep things up but if you have residents that do not care it makes it hard for everyone. A lot more negative activity goes on than before.
