November 11, 2021I'm going on my third year of tenancy hear it, Vista the first two years were okay there was some issues but all in all pretty good this third year has been horrible the place now has roaches management says they have Terminix to come in and spray once a week but that is doing no good and the complaints fall on deaf ears. Also the place has termites! Laundry room never seems to work properly washers don't spin dryers don't dry you're better off going to the laundromat. It's a shame because it was ...a great place when I moved here but now I think I'm going to have to move out sadly. There are more concerned with keeping up the courtyard then anything else! Also parking is not assigned like it says Martinez first come first serve since there are no or restrictions posted people from the local bars Park here and walk down to MacDill to drink. The Palms at Horatio
October 12, 2015I have lived at the Palms for almost 2 years now and I've loved it. Perfect location in between Hyde Park and Palma Ceia, good neighbors, quick and friendly maintenance/service, pet friendly (no breed/size restrictions), and great amenities. I would give 5 stars except the floors and walls are not the thickest so it can be a bit noisy. Each unit varies in the level of upgraded amenities, number of rooms/bathrooms, backyard or not, and they are priced accordingly. There are washer/dryer hookups in ...each unit and a community facility as well. The only reason I will be moving at the end of the year is to be closer to my new job.
