  • Great Place to call home

    Lived on this property for 1 year(2022-2023) and property management has been great for me. They were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns before even moving into the property. I never felt more excited about a place. Upon moving in, I never had any issues with my apartment. I was locked out once at night and after-hours maintenance was responsive. They have regularly scheduled maintenances for all apartments like cleaning the dryer vents, HVAC filters, etc. The property grounds ...
    are WELL maintained. There is weekly maintenance on the outside of the property as well as the inside. I live in the heights and every Thursday they vacuum and mop the hallways, and wipe down the elevator and glass doors. The apartment has very nice granite countertops, soft close cabinets, and nice flooring. Whoever constructed these apartments paid attention to minor details like adding soft close kitchen cabinets. Absolutely no rodents in my apartment and no roaches. I've seen about one small thin spider in the spring/summer for leaving my window/balcony open. Never any ants in my apartment as well. Never seen any in the building either. If they ever renovate they should add soft close toilet seats, curtain rods for showers, fans in the rooms, electrical outlet near where you would mount a TV. Better insulations/soundproofing for above/below. Hardly hear my neighbors to the left and right of me. Sometimes occasional headboard sounds banging on my wall. You can hear people in their apartments from the hall way. Also my upstairs neighbor is heavy footed and my neighbor below likes to play music a little too loud. They should also add smart features like smart keypad entries and video call intercoms. Very pet friendly and great for people who have dogs. Management has no tolerance for dog waste being left on the property and fines are distributed accordingly. Clean up after your dogs and you will be just fine. There are dog waste stations throughout property and there are bags provided as well. People are usually in compliance. Valet Trash is a nice, however the fees associated with it should be adjusted. There has been days where valet trash has not been picked up, leaving the hallways to smell. Or days where they cherry pick the valet trash. Management should adjust the service fee for valet trash on days where they do not come. If I'm paying for valet trash to be picked up, 5 days a week, and they miss days, the price should be adjusted or credited.

    This place is decent but will never recommend anyone to live here any little thing they wanna charge you for without letting you know your being charged for it also if planning to move out I suggest you move out 4 months prior because they charge you for a whole other 4 months !!

    A few months ago I would not have rated this place 5 stars because on the manager there but there has been a turn around in the office and I am happy to see change here. I have reached out several times and the response time has been fast unlike prior where some times I wouldn’t get a response to my emails. The community is cleaner and some issues we had before are now gone. I wasn’t going to renew my lease this year but I have now had a change of heart

    I lived here for three years and I have read the bad reviews and if you want the whole truth, here it is.... the leasing office have amazing people. They are beyond friendly and explain every detail. They hold my mail when I’m away, remember my name, my occupation, my likes and dislikes, they genuinely care. If someone complained in a review, it’s because they have a personal issue and just want to tarnish this place’s reputation. Palmer view is a little pricey, true, but it includes many ...
    utilities, the clubhouse, the fitness center, the pool, and many other amenities, not to mention, a prime location near everything you could possibly need. They’ve given away very nice, large Flat Screen TVs as incentive to sign a lease with them. They also have events to win money off your rent; such as balcony contests or a March Madness bracket competition. I have never had an issue with neighbors, maintenance, cleanliness, crime, or any other horrible thing that is mentioned in other reviews. If you are interested in this property and you are looking for a home, don’t listen to bad reviews, go tour the property and see for yourself how great this place will be for you. (:

    They community appears to be well kept on the outside until you step foot inside. The floors are hardly swept or mopped. There are stains on the carpet, skid marks on the baseboards, very poorly kept. Management is unresponsive and ineffective. Do not move here unless you like the sound of trampling above you. I literally can hear the person above me pass gas. Yea. Parking is a horror story. If you arrive after 5 pm expect to park far away. Pool is tiny, and residents bring extended ...

  • Nice apartment and helpful staff

    Very nice experience of the tour of the apartments. Edward was nice and helpful, helped us compare different models. The apartment is closed to plenty of supermarkets and restaurants while the community is quiet and surrounded by woods. Clubhouse and gym are nice. All appliances look new and hardwood flooring in dining and living area. Definitely recommend it!

    Definitely the best apartment complex in the neighborhood. Nice neighbors, kind office staff. Close to many stores, as well as main highways. One usually doesn't write a comment to say good things; it's often all about complaints, but this one definitely deserves a positive review. We are relocating to another state soon and sorry that we won't be able to find such a nice place; new, modern, clean, safe. We have been living here for the past two years.     as well as students who want a quiet neighborhood, yet in the middle of many amenities. Rent amounts may look a little high for the area, but it is worth it. Pool and fitness center are reasonable size and okay for the number of residents that are actually using them. Lease center is a nice space. Of course there are minor things that can be viewed as negative, but positives definitely outweigh those. Highly recommended especially for those like us that are coming from out of state and not really familiar with the area.

    The property managers is handling the pesticide issue. They have sprayed twice to control. These centipedes are not venomous. that is a ridiculous statement. The garbage charge is $16.00 a month. The chutes were closed do to tenet abuse!! The property has events through out the year, pool party, Holiday party, And March Madness. if you want to do some social event ask them and they can post a notice for you. The pool size is fine for the amount of tenants that actually use it. Once in a while ...

    1. Walls are thin people are reckless you can here any voice ! (I mean "any"!) 2.a/c is in the livingroom when it works, Everybody shut up!   • Rip off! Stay away!

    This place is a rip off. Not only do they lie to your face but people in leasing office are unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. Place charged me $290 for a 2 person application fee. They promised to refund $200 of it back "your refund should show in your bank acct any day now" because the application was never processed but they never did. Place was reported to the BBB and Consumer Affairs. Bunch of thieves! Beware!!!

  • Looks nice on the outside, dirty on the inside

    I recently moved into Palmer View, and after reading all of the reviews I was super excited to be living in a brand new, clean apartment. Don't get me wrong, the apartments are great, but the lack of cleanliness throughout the complex is disgusting. Their is one trash dumpster for 8 buildings! Currently I would say half of the buildings have residents living in them, and the dumpster is constantly overflowing. The dumpster has become so full that you can no longer get the door open to throw away ...
    anything large that the trash man would not take. On top of an over flowing dumpster, Palmer View does not care about the health of their residents. They place a roll of paper towels in the complex gym to clean the equipment off after each use. I'm no doctor, but I am pretty sure a dry paper towel is not going to remove the sweat and germs after a workout. For the price I pay to live here, one would think cleanliness would be a top priority.
