    While looking for a new place to live and searching the web I came across Palmilla town homes. even after reading a few negative review i decided to take a chance on looking into the town homes I called on Saturday and a very nice girl by the name of Carolina answered the phone and asked me if i would like to come by and take a tour of the property, i did inform her that I was looking for a 4 bedroom and she told me that currently they had nothing available at this time. but i can be put on a ...

    I have been a resident of Palmilla for over 2 years and I absolutely love the office staff they are very helpful and always willing to listen when ever you need them. my home is very spacious and i love having my own garage and laundry room and now that the main issue of lighting on the property is being taken care of i will diffidently be staying for another year.     After reading horrible reviews on different websites, i finally decided to stop by and get information since i will be moving out of my current apartment in June. I was very concern about the reviews i read online. Came to the office and i was greeted with professionalism the office staff was very nice and explained to me the moving fees and what is need to apply, i saw a few floors plan and i think i found the right place to live.

    No communication or feedback from the leasing office. EVERYONE is worth a callback regardless of the outcome. Customer service is and should be priority when you are dealing with PEOPLE. No one is EVER that busy that they cannot pick-up the phone.

  • Office people are never there

    I have lived here for close to 2 years. Pros: - Great complex - Near everything you need -Walmart, LVAC, Smiths, and others, as well as assortments of food. - Walter the maintenance guy is prompt, attentive, and works quickly. Cons: - Learn to be a jack/jill of all trades. Since, the office people are NEVER there during posted office hours. So, when you need to get a hold of Walter, you better either try to find him on your own or hopefully be able to catch the office ladies in their short ...
    time at the office to get them to get a hold of him for you. - On there door they said they will be back at 2pm and waited by the door from the time they said they would be back for 20 - 30 mins and they never showed up (and this happens more often than you think). I go back an hour before there posted closing time at 5pm and they aren't there - the room is dark, the door is locked, they don't even answer the bells/knocks, and their garage in the back is closed. Yet, there hours are from 9am to 6pm but they aren't there. Saturdays are the worst, they are definitely gone by 11:30am. What's the point of having office hours if they aren't there? - Something breaks and if you ever do get a hold of someone in the office, know that office manager lady will blame you for breaking it- I got blamed for the water heater breaking (that thing is 10 years old), the bathroom handle stopped flushing (it broke the first 2 weeks of living here - it didn't get fixed till a month after; I had to go track Walter down and tell him myself because I could never get to the office when it was "open"), and our kitchen sink shredder stopped working. - You think you have access to the pool? No you don't. It was finally opened for a month in 2018 but due to the many accidents they had, they ended up re-locking the pool. Many people uses the pool once the office ladies are gone - which they are gone by 3pm and jumps over the fence and uses it. - If you ever do get a hold of office ladies and try to get them to get things fixed and it's not fixed when they say it will get done and then go back for an explanation of why it wasn't completed, expect a "lease violation" notice within 24 hours. Seriously, they find things to blame you for. Few of the "lease violation" they gave me were false violations, it must have been another tenant or the tenant before me. I've tried to stop by the office or call during office hours but they are never there or never pick up so I can't dispute them.

    Went into the complex on a Saturday and was provided a tour and information by Esmeralda. It was very through and all questions were answered throughout the visit. After touring we applied and are now moving in very soon. Esmeralda has been very helpful to us throughout the process and I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a smaller family friendly environment.

  • Maintenance responses are nearly nonexistent

    I will have lived here a year by the end of September. I have found that when it comes to acting on maintenance request, only minor problems seem to get resolution. Most of the request go completely un-responded to. I've been waiting two months for a real response other than the automated email responder to fix a problem. Even a call to the office has not generated a response to my request. It's amazing they have any tenants at all.
