Renters Reviews and Ratings
Lack of peace and quiet.
October 2, 2024Hands down, the loudest area I've ever lived in. I've rented in downtown, by the way. Leafblowers, doors being slammed, empty units being loudly worked on almost on a weekly basis, dogs barking almost right outside your bedroom window, and people who walk back and forth outside your front door like they have a brick attached to their foot. Noise is one thing, but the lack of cleanliness is another. Random box of...chemicals outside? Maintenence sometimes leaves their tools behind. There was an ...entire water heater sitting on the shared walkway one time. Can't tell if the residents are supposed to clean the laundry room, but it's filled with dust and the machines don't always work. Quarters only, too. Wanted to like this area, but looking to move soon. Very disappointed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Community is great, but that's it...
December 28, 2022Laundry room is always a mess (machines are either broken or need to be serviced), mold is an issue in the bathroom no matter what you do, poor insulation, thin walls, no peephole on a front door, poorly designed exterior (cheap wood), and a landlord who literally doesn't care. Renter beware. The prices they charge for an apartment built in the 1960s is insane. No updates have been made to this complex to combat the rent increase.Review from Apartments.com
