About Paragon Station
Essential Metropolitan Location with Lots of Square Footage for you to enjoy! Paragon Station was originally designed and built as a distinctive high end for sale condo project that converted into beautiful rental units. As such, tenants benefit from luxury appointments not typically installed in an apartment setting. In addition to 14’ ceiling height, spacious bedrooms, massive windows for lots of natural light, and Nana Wall sliding doors, users will enjoy large private out door decks with mountain views, Bosch stainless steel appliances (inclusive of wine cooler fridges), high-end Washer / Dryers, Hans-Grohe or luxury Moen fixtures, and large tub shower rooms (inspired by some of our favorite Amsterdam architects). Every unit is like an efficient Tesla automobile with geothermal heating and cooling and an advance air exchange/filter system that replaced and cleans 100% of unit air hourly. The project is an energy efficient multifamily adaptive-reuse project. This means we’ve updated an original historic building (built in 1919) with new plumbing, geothermal heating/cooling, energy efficient windows, and advanced construction methodology to create a perfect envelope. We maintained the essential historical brick southern facade and the basic skeleton of the structure but modernized the east facade with decks and sliding doors for each unit. In addition to the 12 private penthouse roof decks, we have added a common community roof deck and atrium to facilitate a unified and interactive social platform. Our current tenants represent a distinctive and diverse group of executives, artists, musicians, as well as professional athletes. With 38 luxury units ranging in size from 800 to 2,800 square feet, there is something for everyone. Indeed, our studios, 1 bed, 2 bed, and 3 bed/ 3 bath open floor plan units have a spacious feel that is enhanced by the sheer volume of the 14’ ceiling heights. Paragon Station is located in the heart of Salt Lake’s Loft District (aka the Depot District) at 200 South and 300 West. For metro riders, a Trax & front Runner station is one block away and provides transit throughout the City, the entire Wasatch front, as well as a quick 10-minute ride to SLC international airport. For foodies and shoppers, countless local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, clubs, and two open-air shopping malls are all just a stroll away. Additionally, an average of 20,000 folks gather every Saturday (June - October) around the corner for one of the nation’s largest farmers markets. Numerous live music venues ranging in size are another highlight. The summer twilight concert series as well as the new Eccles Theater have national acts and Broadway productions on the bill. Smells like garbage!
June 17, 2022Management has arranged for a service to pick up everyones garbage every morning. The halls are line with trash cans, and the entire building smells like baby diapers and garbage. Upscale Urban Living at its Best
June 9, 2020In a downtown area filled with cookie cutter apartment buildings, Paragon Station stands out. The unique floor plans and apartment designs feel transported from the lofts of SoHo - but with the luxury of modern appliances and the reliability of new construction. I spent a year living there, taking advantage of the short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The advent of scooters opened up a wide area accessible without worrying about driving or parking. When I did need to leave the area by car, ...it was a very short hop onto the freeway. The building manager, Tina, is wonderful. Resident in the building, she provides quick, responsive service and always has a friendly smile and kind word to brighten your day. Modern Luxury Meets History
December 4, 2019I moved to Salt Lake City for work over a year ago and immediately begin searching for an apartment. After looking at countless locations with the same drawbacks, bad parking, noisy neighbors and standard construction, I discovered Paragon Station. Upon spending 5 minutes at the facility with most wonderful property manager imaginable, I knew that I had found my home in SLC. The units are modern but retained the original foot thick concrete walls, which make them virtually sound proof. With only ...43 units, parking is never a problem even though it located so close to restaurants, The Gateway and the Vivint Center. I am a light sleeper, and my bedroom there was almost sound proof. I have never slept as good and I already miss it. Maintenance was great, and what few minor issues that arose were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Upscale living with a neighbor feel
December 3, 2019I looked at a lot of apartments in Salt Lake and nothing stood out until I went to Paragon Station. The first minute I was there, I knew my search was over. The apartment was beautiful, and with a perfect location was enough to more than meet my needs. But then the management were the most attentive to any issues of any place that I have lived. Which was as refreshing as the apartment was quite. I am a very light sleeper, and I have to say that I never heard a sound from outside my apartment. It ...was so quite, that I got used to it and had trouble sleeping if i went any where else. We were able to watch Paragon Station evolve from a concept to the beautiful home it is for us now from across the street. We love living downtown, the building and our unit are great. Best Place in the City!
February 20, 2018I moved in recently from out of state. My new job has me here in Salt Lake City for three years. I wanted to find a place that I could truly call "Home" and settle in. I looked around at a lot of different properties - Paragon Station checked all of my boxes!! This luxury development is only 38 units with amazing tenants and management! I love that the building is an old warehouse from 1901 - the builder respected the historical aspect and coupled it with modern amenities!! Fantastic units ...built with great care and quality!! I love my unit and have really felt like I have a haven in a busy downtown area. There is an Onsite Client Service Manager, awesome tenants that look out for each other and since the development is smaller - the residents get together in the amazing roof-top deck and common area to enjoy cocktails or BBQ's, etc!!
