April 1, 2022Lived at Parc Rosslyn for about 2 years and I’m sad to be leaving. My experience here has always been positive, especially because of the staff. Shoutout to Sheila, Stephanie, Linda, René and community manager Kamran. Their customer service has always been above and beyond and they really value their residents here. The amenities here are great and always clean. Location is ideal with metro and shops within a short walking distance. Overall Parc Rosslyn is a 10/10!Property Manager Responded

November 23, 2020If you're looking for a place to live in the area, you'll be hard-pressed to find a place in a better location for a better price. The staff here is awesome, apartments are spacious, and the price (especially right now) is great for what you get. Never experienced bugs in the building either, which is a huge advantage given how close we are to the swamp. I cannot recommend this building highly enough. I moved here a little over a year ago and recently decided to move to a different unit in the ...building. My experience with the front desk staff, leasing office, and the maintenance staff has been excellent. First and foremost, I have not seen an apartment building management and staff take COVID mitigation measures as seriously as early on as these folks did. It has been reassuring to me to see staff take it so seriously and to see notices posted around the building weeks before most other properties in the area. While it has been frustrating to not have access to amenities, I appreciate the fact that management here took a cautious approach, at least in part for the health and safety of its residents. The front desk and leasing office staff are also highly responsive to residents' needs. I've experienced a few administrative/logistic issues recently (transferring units, nonworking mail keys, etc.) and the staff here has been able to resolve them promptly. It may seem a small thing, but other properties in the area are much less responsive, in my experience. Also, if you really need something done around here, you can always count on Shirley! Similarly, the staff are just very personable, which has been awesome during a pretty rough time for the area (world?). Shirley stands out as a great presence for the building, and I think the same can be said for the rest of the staff. I've had nothing but positive interactions with the team here. Finally, maintenance is also personable, prompt, and highly effective here. I definitely miss Doug - haven't seen him in a while, but he was a skilled handyman with a great sense of humor. The rest of the maintenance crew are also very good. Work orders are handled promptly and there is a high level of communication. That's been doubly important during the pandemic, with concerns about personal interaction and ensuring proper mitigation measures. Just like everyone else on the staff, maintenance crew seems to take COVID seriously and manage to do their jobs just as effectively as ever.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management
February 25, 2020What a terrible experience I got here after I just moved to here 2 days later! On the first day , the unit was unclean. Fortunately, they asked some to redo it. The second night, my car was towed due to no tag. In fact, they did not tell me about it unit I found it in the checking list. There is no reason I against the rule here on purpose! Good service always considers more for the customers, however, it seeds like they only know how to "kick the ball" out!Property Manager Responded

Don't do it.
March 6, 2018Got one word this this place- Incompetent. I have just completed my lease and am so happy I am finally rid of this leasing company. terrible service
August 18, 2016My husband got a quote and they told him to fill out the online lease to be able to keep the place. He filled the online form and paid 250$ lease. Next day the place was rented to someone else! They told us the second person was supposed to fill it out too thats why it was rented to someone else. They were fast enough to withdraw money from us for the application right away but did not have the brain to tell us the application did not go through which you would expect that to be a leasing agents ...job... Parc Rosslyn
July 29, 2015Parc Rosslyn is situated next to one of Arlington's parks, which makes it very doggy friendly. The building is well-kept, air conditioned, and the maintenance services are timely and efficient. The gym is clean, in good condition, and large, and the pool is open from the end of May until the end of September with ample space during the weekends. The apartments are spacious with terrific views of Arlington and DC. My only complaints are that there are no balconies and the windows only open about 3 ...inches. The floors are carpeted but actually stay pretty clean. The parking situation is also pretty great- as there is a three level garage underneath the building. Currently there is a tremendous amount of construction going on just a few feet away, but that also allows Parc Rosslyn to stay pretty affordable. Overall, I have enjoyed living here this past year and have renewed my lease for another year. I would recommend this building to others who are interested in a little more bang for your buck as compared to DC proper. Great amenities
July 29, 2015Great building with a nice roof top pool and lounge. 7 mins walk from metro. And decent gym with everything you could need to do a basic workout. However there is construction going on next to the apt complex as they are building a new 12 story apt complex so lots of traffic and noise. Otherwise pretty safe neighborhood. Very pet friendly. And staff have all been nice. Parking isn't included in rent but they have it available for about 95$ a month. Lots of new restaurants and shops in the area.Review from Apartments.com
