Landlady makes living there miserabld
June 27, 2017The landlady at this complex has issues that she takes out on the tenants. She threatens eviction over minor issues and will have attitude towards you about anything and everything. Want something fixed? Be prepared to prove it is on them to fix it as everything is tenant caused and she'll pawn the expense off on you if she can. Repairs are done half way and sloppily, the waste pipes were redone a few years ago, it took almost a year and a half to do and the toilets clog constantly now. So get a ...good plunger! Trust me, it's NOT worth living here! The only upside is are the good schools!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
