  • My visit to the property

    December 10, 2018
    I come to this property daily, as I am a transportation provider for one of this property's residents. This place is so very often in a deplorable state of being. Trash is strewn about the parking lot, stray/feral cats eating from overflowing trash receptacles, hallways that smell of urine, and even abandoned vehicles that are on flat tires. I understand that this place is an income base living facility, however it SHOULD NOT look like this! Management MUST make residents accountable, if they ...
    adopt a "cooperative" living situation where EVERY resident has the specified responsibility of personally performing yard/grounds maintenance, I am certain the overall cleanliness will improve, as each resident will feel responsible for insuring that the property remains clean and presentable.
