A Place I Can Call Home
June 24, 2024I moved into Park Terrace back in October 2023! Since being here I have made more friends and so many feel like family. We get three meals a day and I love the housekeeper Leticia she does a great job cleaning my place. So many activities to participate in if you want. Being in a gated community makes me feel safe and I love that they have a staff member on 24/7. The value is great for what I pay.Review from Apartments.com

July 16, 2023A relative of mine has been living at Park Terrace Senior Living in Phoenix, AZ for going on 2 months now. It is a very clean, pretty, quiet, and safe environment. They have people standing by to help with anything and everything a resident or a family member may need. It is the perfect environment for independent seniors as well as those requiring some level of aid and attendance. The main building is currently being renovated and I look forward to seeing the outcome because the space was ...already gorgeous beforehand. They just wanted to update things a bit while also making all the flooring the same level. Park Terrace does a fantastic job of maintaining the grounds and their onsite contractor for aid and attendance is excellent.
