Stay away from this property at all costs. The condition of the place is ridiculous. The Freight Elevator has been down for almost a year with no solution, and the main elevator has been down for about four months. The parking garage "gate" is a joke because it doesn't even work. You have homeless individuals wandering the halls, breaking into cars, storage units, and even apartments. When it was brought up with the leasing team, I was told that it stated in our lease that they do not guarantee ...

Great staff, great location, good apartments. Only 1 of the 3 elevators are broken, garage door broken for months (any one can drive to any floor and access the halls and apartments, homeless found living in empty units, hot tub not working for over 1 year, dog poop all over the lil “trail”, plus they cut paying security. New owners and mgt, hoping things get better

Unfortunately Park West has gown done in quality. I first moved here 5 years ago, was very impressed with the staff and had a positive experience living at the apartment overall. Over the past two years things have gone poorly while living here. Security is a problem, the gates to the garage are always broken, multitple cars have been broken into, doors will be broken. My maintenance requests are never done. Very poor communication with the apartment staff. Unfortunately have seen homeless people ...

The pictures look nice, but dont be fooled they are old pictures that they are using. This place is horrendous. If you want to deal with non-responsive staff members, or have your stuff broken into, or just have everything broken then this is the place. 10/10 dont recommend moving here.

If I had to rate this apartment complex, it would get a fat "0" out of 10. The office staff is extremely rude, the property is filthy, maintenance requests go unfulfilled for months at a time, and not to mention ownership has changed three times over the course of a year. grills on property haven't worked in my entire tenancy, neither have the gates in the garage, and security access at certain entry points. So expect to see random homeless people walking the halls as well. The trash is always piled up in the trash room as no one uses the trash chute because it's always full. The carpets in the halls are stained and smell or pet urine. The walls are dirty, scraped, and smudged. None of the elevators on property are in working order, this includes both resident elevators and the service elevator. More than half the equipment in the gym is either partially missing or inoperable. And let's not get on the car break-in's due to none of the security features working. I could go on, but I'll just show pictures of issues with my unit that have gone unresolved for months.

Do not move here. The owners (SUN EQUITY PROPERTIES out of New Jersey) of this property do not take care of it AT ALL. The rent prices are way too high for the quality of living here. Here's a list of ongoing issues, which all started when SUN EQUITY PROPERTIES purchased the property in 2022. They do not give management proper funding to take care of the property or residents. - Garage gate has been broken since June 2024. Numerous cars have been broken into, and some even totally stolen. - ...
Freight elevator broken since May 2024. - Elevator in leasing office broken since 12/3/24 - There are rats and roaches throughout the property - Gym isn't cleaned, half the equipment is broken - No landscaping maintenance - Several broken doors - Pool is gross - Dog parks aren't properly cleaned - They are now making us pay for fridge filter replacements - No security service protecting the property.

The owners have been squandering the rents of the residents and repairing nothing. Exterior doors without handles and storage units broken into on a regular basis and the security company hired to assist has already filed liens on the property for unpaid invoices. Cannot discourage enough.

Everything is broken. Some outer doors do not close or lock. The gate to the parking garage has been broken for months, resulting in cars being broken into. The pool was closed during half the summer. We pay an amenity fee, but half of the amenities are broken. The grass was allowed to grow to at least 2 feet in height during the summer before it was cut. The lobby window is always smashed. My floors were sticky and there was dark mold in my bathroom when I moved in. The carpet smelled strongly ...

I am very disappointed with my experience living at Park West. The rat infestation is out of control, and management has done little to address this serious health hazard. The advertised amenities are also far from what was promised. The gym and pool are poorly maintained, with equipment often broken and spaces rarely cleaned.
