  • New Management is horrible

    March 20, 2021
    The new management is questionable. I hate to say no one knows what’s going on, but that’s what it feels like at this point. It took management over a week to tell me I was approved and ask for a security deposit. They then told me I needed my security deposit the next business day versus the 72 hours that most people would be allowed after approval. I gave the management grace because they’re new and I’m sure they are still trying to get into the groove of things. There were small discrepancies ...
    in the descriptions of available units on their website. I had to ask for clarification multiple times. When I asked if there was a fireplace in the unit I applied to, Rafell said he had to ask the tenant lol. This is a little concerning, but again: I was willing to overlook it because they are new! I gavw the property management grace on multiple occasions, but they failed to reciprocate. Don’t waste your time here. Also, Kallen keeps pronouncing my name wrong! Why? I applied last year under the former management company, and everything was great!

  • GOING DOWNHILL FAST!

    I am 10 year resident. This property has gone downhill rapidly since the acquisition nearly 2 years ago. Packages are stolen regularly, teenagers run wild throughout the property, garbage piles up at the dumpsters and tenants are rude and inconsiderate of their neighbors. I have personally had to call the police more than once for questionable behavior in the middle of the night. I have put in so many complaints about noise; beyond the so called 'quite time' that I've pretty much given up ...
    the effort. This community was once a great place to call home and I enjoyed living here, however the past 12 months have been an absolute hell! I cannot wait to move out! DO NOT RENT HERE. The cost vs quality of living is not worth it!

  • Parking is a concern, otherwise I love it

    Jus moved in, right before a food truck came on property! They had crab cakes and they were gr8! Hope more to come, like mgmt and maintenance has help with air issues really quick! Parking is bad but my apt has garage, my friends hav to park by office. otherwise, i hope to be here for a while. :)

  • Total Waste of Time

    We do I begin, please do not move here. The parking is terrible when viewing the apartment there were no cars but at night you cannot find a space. The have garages they are empty and not being used at all but they want to charge you a extra 100.00 NOT. They tow your car immediately, the water in shower smells like urine. The paint in apt is so thick it peels. The bathroom is caulked so much it peels. The doors are (entrance dented, dirty and your packages are repeated stolen. The management ...

    Supposedly “luxury”. Which I find hilarious when 1 upon entering the apartment buildings, every front door, every door, is dented. And the answer management comes up with is paint 2 enter the apartment and immediately notice not wood floors, it’s laminate. ( not sure when laminate flooring was considered luxury) Then you notice “Gray” shag carpet. I believe you can purchase this with the basic padding for $0.75 a sq yrd. Let’s then look at the “New Stainless Steel appliances”. Really? So the ...
    panel’s are stainless steel but the appliances are not. If you like hearing your neighbors do tumbling exercises, this is the place for you. If you like hearing others close doors, I this place is for you With a this property the property mgr is very helpful but the assistant could use some customer service training.

    I inquired about renting at The Point at Winterset and toured the community with Ms. Aprile. I can speak on so many things as the community was quiet, clean, beautiful, the unit shown was spotless, spacious and absolutely lovely and they had all the amenities I wanted.   • Best Place Ever

    We just moved in to a two bedroom with a den, two full bathrooms. Living, dining, eat in kitchen, walk-in closets, laundry in-unit, fireplace, and balcony. This is our 1st place and we would not change it for the world. The neighbor is so peaceful, the neighbors are pretty nice, and it is just a comfortable living space.
