Another issue is that the apartments do not have a hood that sucks the air out of the kitchen, resulting in the smell of food spreading to everywhere. Another issue is the parquet of the apartments that becomes bumpy in the summer. The super told me that this issue arises only in the summer due to excessive humidity.
