Management is an absolute joke
February 28, 2024DO NOT RENT!!! I cannot stress that enough!! New management treated us like crap and blatantly lied on a landlord referral which made us get denied for a house we were applying for to rent. We've NEVER been late on rent (we have receipts) and always paid in full. We were moving due to a mold infestation that lead to one of the units getting entirely condemned. The apartments in 2541 had mold infestations from flooding really bad and the mold was sitting there for well over a month before the ...health department finally condemned it. We've reached out to the landlord multiple times on the problem and the new landlord says "there's a buyout option of your lease" which in summary equals over 2k in money when we were living in an apartment that had extremely bad air quality that was making our entire family sick for over a month. After having the air tested and proof that the air quality was bad, the landlord still refused to let us leave and lied to our house referral so we would get denied. When we called and asked what happened all he said was "I don't know".....management is a joke and doesn't care for their tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not worth it
March 4, 2022New management company took over. The price for a 1 bed / 1 bath just got hiked up over 150 to 250 dollars depending on the room. Nothing was done that really justifies charging this much. The apartment is spacious, but that's really all that it has going for it.Review from Apartments.com
