Sunny Tree-lined Refuge, just 10 minutes from Downtown
August 14, 2018I moved in a year ago, and the Property Management Team (Ms. Dickerson and Ms. Leach)has been quick and responsive to every little thing that needed attention. New refrigerator, new cabinets, new water heater... Whatever the issue was, I just had to pick up the phone and make that call. I just extended for a second year. I love the giant tree outside my window. It provides ample shade and keeps the apartment cooler in the summer. The balconies are a pleasant amenity; not too many things in life ...better than listening to the birds, watching the sun come up while sipping my morning cup of joe. My morning commute takes 20 minutes during rush hour traffic, while on weekend days, I've made it downtown in as little as ten minutes. Great property, conveniently located, and affordable!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I will miss my home!
May 14, 2018I truly enjoyed living at Gwynn Crest. Unfortunately, I am moving to be closer to my job. Never the less, I would recommend this place to anyone. When, ever you call to get anything fixed etc. they come in a timely fashion. The rental office staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Ms. Alfreda is the best :) She makes you feel right at home. Thank you Gywnn Crest, Truly a pleased ex tenantReview from Apartments.com
NOT A GOOD PLACE TO RENT FROM
December 25, 2015I currently live in these apartment's. They have mouse and bug problems, the walls are 2 thin and you can hear your neighbors all around you. I already had to do a complaint out the neighbors that just. moved in. I just renewed my lease and I informed my roommate that I will be moving before it is up. I would never recommend this place to anyone. currently looking for a new place to move to as I type this.Review from Apartments.com
Gwynn Oaks Landing
September 28, 2015The apartments are very spacious and the closet space is wonderful. However the walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors conversations. It's a good "start-up" apartment for someone trying to move out on their own.Review from Apartments.com
zero stars
August 13, 2015Ive stayed at this apartment for ONE YEAR and it was horrible, they never fix anything no matter how much you complain they tell you some on would be around to fix but months will go by.........VERY BAD AREA , apartments look nothing like pictures dirty hallways that never gets clean ..... I DON'T RECOMMEND TO NO ONEReview from Apartments.com

August 5, 2015learn about renters insurance anywhere u go. you just mite need it. keep up can with your rent it comes first honestly the other bills can be paid off bit by bit...''IMPORTANT''... getting into an apartment is a responsibility keeping it clean, making sure when u leave everything is locked up and secure. making sure that when u see paper work taped the the walls or the door you need to read it and make sure if it concerns you are available...Review from Apartments.com
Happy renter
August 2, 2015Overall, I do like the wall to wall carpet and the balcony. I live in a two bedroom apartment. It's honestly very cozy for a three person family. We also have on ground maintenance and laundry facility and quietness. Rent is fair but with other bills, free rent would be nice even if just for a year.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful Carpet & Large Balcony.
August 2, 2015Wall to wall carpet and spacious balcony which make me and my wife feel right at home.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Neighbors, Few Amenities
July 20, 2015I've been at this complex a few years and there seems to be no progression with the complex. The neighbors and staff are nice and helpful. There are inconvenient hours for the laundry room but there are new machines. The water is included with the rent but electric and gas are seperate. There is no air conditioning so you will need a window air conditioner in the summer. The appliances are outdated, as the stoves have blank dials.Review from Apartments.com
