November 27, 2024Overall living here at perch Denton has been wonderful. We love how private the living is while also getting to be close to your neighbors and have a community surrounding you. Homes are beautiful and I love the fact that you get your own private back yard. Only complaint is that the trash pick up and yard work is very inconsistent and we do pay for it so it makes me a bit sad. Overall we love it hereProperty Manager Responded

November 24, 2024I was so happy to find these non-traditional, quiet free standing apartments near North Lakes & shopping. I love the way the buildings are laid out, like little neighborhoods with courtyards, in farmhouse style w/ lots of windows, fenced in yards, & front porches. My 1-bedroom has an open living room-kitchen, with a very spacious bathroom & walk in closet . They are a bit pricey, especially when you add in the non-optional fees not included in the advertised price of the apartments which ...is an additional $150/month ( technology fee that includes internet & front door trash pickup 5 days/week), optional fees of $35/month pet rent & $50/month carport. I do have some issues w/wi-fi & internet. My Samsung with Hulu Live would drop the signal often everyday. So I bought an LG which also drops the signal, but less, needing a reset about 1/day. Rare internet outages often take many days to come back up, with no router to reset for quick fixes. I would definitely recommend it!Property Manager Responded
