The worst place you can live
November 20, 2019If you want to live the life of luxury, then The Pheonix is you place. You can throw your hard earned money away living in this extra small, overly priced apartment. The property owners and managers are like Dr Jeckle and Mr Hyde. So sweet, loving, and caring to get you to move in. Than it's out with the sandpaper, the roughest they can find, without any lube. You like 6am wake up calls, you got it here. The trash truck will insure your up, and not late for work, 2 times a week. Pets, who ...needs pets, your apartment comes full of complimentary pet roaches so you will never be lonely. And the greatest amenity of all, weekly construction projects. It's like I-70 but only at your home. This place is so old there is always something falling apart. Come one, come all to the greatest money pit you can find, I am sure your sanity will be lost afterwards. Negative 5 if I could.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
poor mangement
May 15, 2017while we lived in these apartments they were poorly maintained. Our dishwasher fell off of its mounts, our kitchen sink leaked, the outside looked horrible. The manager of the property was rude. We wound up having several problems ue to the poor management and maintenance.Review from Apartments.com
