Pier Park Condos
August 4, 2015The condo is very spacious with a huge kitchen. Lots of cabinet and counter space in the kitchen, however it has no dishwasher or microwave. The bathroom is pretty large and has a big linen closet. Bedrooms are a good size, enough for all our bedroom furniture. Master easily fits a king size bed. Good size closets with top shelves in all the bedrooms, plus a coat closet in the entry and in the hall, with an additional linen closet in the hall as well. Laundry room has good storage also with w/d ...hookups. Outside patio is large enough for a barbecue and chairs. Situated right on Lombard, so the truck traffic noise is pretty noticeable during the day but not too bad at night. Parking lot is kind of small, but there is a lot of free street parking. Really close to Pier Park, bus lines, and less than a mile walk to the grocery store and downtown St. John's. Management is attentive, but we haven't really had any problems with the apartment that needed to be dealt with. Only three stars because of the traffic noise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
