June 6, 2019Love my Pineberry community. The only negative I see is the maintenance and housekeeping is more than one person can handle. Garbage buildup in bins, dirty stairwells, floors in elevator and laundry room need attention. The mildew buildup on out door furniture needs power washing, with BLEACH. Automat doors should not be tampered with. Because some people are too lazy to carry their fob, they prop doors open with rocks, therefore screwing up the auto closure. Smokers should ONLY smoke in ...designated area. This is not enforsed.
