    I have enjoyed living here. My building is quiet and I get along well with my with the community. Only down side is when a washer and dryer go down it takes way to long to get approval for repairs/replacements.

    So far so good but paying rent threw portal is not easy and staff is not that knowledgeable on how to see why things don't go threw but I figured it out.

    It is a good place to live. The only bad thing is that you don't have a designated parking space and on the weekend you will have to leave your car outside on the street because it gets full of people who may not live here.

    Love it and the people here. The staff at the office is literally so patient and nice I definitely highly recommend Pine Crest and it’s affordable too!

    I love my apartment!! It is nice and quite in my building. I like the way they keep the hallway clean. The outside appearance is very important to me.
