March 28, 2025I think the apartments should be maintained every year because I've been here for 1 year and when I came to live I didn't have any maintenance and I mean the walls, doors and other things and that makes things deteriorate more… I have friends who have moved recently and I have seen that their apartments have been delivered in perfect condition but a year ago when they gave me mine there were broken things, deteriorated and the carpet worn out. But apart from that it is a very quiet place.Review from Apartments.com

January 25, 2025It has been extremely cold here in Fairfield Ohio, but my apartment keeps me nice and warm at Pinnacle on Pleasant apartments. My neighbors are getting noisy, because of having to stay inside.Property Manager Responded

Would not recommend
September 4, 2024Not a comfortable place to live. There are not enough characters for me to go into depth but there are large disturbing black birds everywhere. Dirty apartment buildings. I've gone without heat/air for close to six months before it was fixed. Property management priorities are mismanaged. Will find any reason to charge you. Not comfortable, clean, safe, or secure.
