Worse HOA in the nation
October 5, 2020HOA focus on silly things and ask residents to fix it quickly, while in the common parts of the community there are grave violations took years to fix because it is the HOA responsibility to fix. Examples: Flickering street lights for years, open electric boxes, the fountain stayed broken for 2 years and the area around turned to a swamp, water outs many times because they seek cheap fixing it comes back again and again, too many problems in the pool and spa causes closing even before COVID and ...the water is foggy most of the time because of the low chlorine... etc. Free advice : Do not buy or rent in the community and if you have to then do not agree on the paperwork the HOA will give you to sign unless it has the same hard obligations on them just like the ones the apply on residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
