    The location of the apartment is great. You can easily walk to bars, restaurants, and are across the street from the grocery store. The maintenance staff is also phenomenal.

    I have really enjoyed living here thus far. the location doesn't get much better with having a Harris Teeter in the vicinity. The staff has been spectacular as well.

    Living in Porter Street is fantastic. The management and maintenance offices offer a seamless, easy resident experience. The amenities are top of class. The building and grounds are immaculate. People who live here are happy and friendly. Great place for dog owners, too!

    I think the bustling is really nice, the location and the staff are a dream! My favorite thing is the gym and work center, its never crowded and when people are there they are very friendly

    It is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. If there is an issue it is resolved promptly. The managing staff try to help with the working of the system. Good neighborhood.

  • Do not move into these apartments if you need air conditioning

    I have been without working air conditioning for 7 weeks. Using portable AC which are taped to the windows with duct tape and frequently come undone by the temperature of the connecting hoses. At times the temperature has been up to 87 degrees in my apartment. Unable to use the stove or guest room as a result of the heat. Having to come home from work midday to check on my pets and make sure the portable AC has not come undone. Unable to travel as I can’t leave my pets all day in an ...
    apartment with intermittent AC when it’s 95 degrees out. Spent Two nights without AC and was unable to sleep as the apartment temperature was in the 80s and had to report to work in the morning. Very demoralized by this situation.
