    I moved into Portico's in Nov 2018 and have loved every minute living here. The staff is friendly and prompt in responses. The maintenance folks are top notched and exceed expectations. Highly recommend living here.

    Moved in last November and love the spacious grounds..plenty of room for daily puppy walks. Great community get togethers. Nice quiet area..apts are spacious staff is great.

    I’ve been living here for almost 3 months and it is a very nice place to live and also very quiet too! I live in a 2 bed/2 bath very spacious and it’s great to be able to live in a brand new apartment. The office staff are very helpful and nice. Also the maintenance crew are great. I’m always seeing maintenance walking around the complex to make sure everything looks nice. If you have problems or questions they will help you right away! I recommend this apartment for anyone that is looking for ...
