A good road network that connects Temple City. The E Adams Ave, W Adams Ave, S 3rd St and N 3rd St intersect in the middle of the city. The Central Ave, Adams Ave, and 3rd St all connect to the main highway I-35. Other feeder roads and avenues connect the various neighborhoods, amenities and working areas in Temple City.

The ethnicity of the residents is diverse and the main language spoken is English. The neighborhood has some of the best Temple apartments. State Loop / Zenith Ave is an affordable place to look for apartments in Temple. This suburban neighborhood comprises of medium sized apartments. The population is, also, quite diverse speaking English. Residents get to enjoy close proximity to work and other amenities."
