Awful Management
February 22, 2018Their houses are Beautiful, I can’t deny that but I have been here 3 years and every few months, its a different management company. They are VERY, VERY, VERY unorganized and unprofessional. Everyone gives you different information when you ask a question. No one knows anything! They always have to find out and never calls you back with the information. You have to constantly bug them to get things done.Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful!!
September 16, 2016I have lived in these homes for 2 years and I love it here. The homes are very spacious and have stainless steel appliances. Maintenance is awesome they fix everything fast and efficiently. The managers host events to get the community involved.Review from Apartments.com
Love This Place
September 16, 2016Since the new management company took over in April, I have noticed a difference as to how everything is handled. Very professionally and with care. So many of the residents have spoken positively about the new staff, especially the new property manager who is definitely trying to make changes for the better. The maintenance staff is very friendly while being professional, unlike the previous management company. So glad we have a new team here at Preston Place.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible
July 27, 2016The property manager is completely rude. They have been under 3 different managements for the last 2 years. This is not best rental place to go through at all.Review from Apartments.com
