    There is NO assigned parking! Nothing gets fixed here inside your own apartment or outside. Laundry room barely has one good machine to wash and maybe 2-3 dryers that barely work. Manager is always charging extra but never fixes anything. I have a broken stove that was supposed to be changed over a year ago and nothing. Light bulbs are out and they try to charge you for all the maintenance that they do. No security Robbers and homeless end up passed out on the sidewalks or urinating inside the ...
