  • Parking at QUATTRO is a nightmare!!!

    As of 9/27/21,Unfortunately my experience has changed. Parking is an absolute nightmare at quattro. The City Lift system AKA parking lot vending machine is an absolute joke! If you have a job that requires you to arrive on time and have to commute DO NOT sign a lease at Quattro. I have been here for less than a month and have been unable to access my car at least 10 times. This weekend, NO one picked up the after hours emergency line and City Lift ignored my request to send out a technician. I ...

    A great place to live in an incredible downtown location. The apartments are well designed and comfortable. The amenities and additional communial spaces are a great bonus and perfect for having guests. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and facilitate a positive environment for residents.

    I do not recommend this place as we will likely be breaking our lease and moving soon. They just simply dont care; a leak for 3 months, a parking system that fails and causes me to miss work, lack of security leading to homeless people wandering the building and they refuse to do anything about any of this. We pay absurd prices for a place that does not care about any issues you have.

    This is my second month living at Quattro, honestly; living experience couldnt be better its just amazing. The floor plans, appliances, high ceilings are very well designed. My one bedroom apartment is wonderful, and the size is pretty decent for one bed. Thank you Quattro team and management.
