    Cleanest property I've ever lived it, maintenance does an amazing Job keeping up the property. Office staff has always been helpful when needed, as well as all the amenities are a big plus.

    I highly recommend looking somewhere else. Management is nice and all, but when dealing with complaints and issues between residents, they don’t help. Never in my life have I dealt with worse upstairs neighbors: two different families here. The first had young kids who essentially ran the house and it was ridiculously loud all the time. The new neighbors are young, dumb, and inconsiderate, and they stomp all hours of the night and play loud music constantly. When trying to engage with the ...
    neighbors in a considerate and neighborly manner, neither family was cooperative. When management was notified on multiple occasions nothing happened. Point being: management really doesn’t care about you as a resident and the structure of the building does not allow for peaceful living. Furthermore, everything cost money here - to include covered parking (most places around here give you at least one spot included with rent), and you need covered parking because parking is stupid.

    My boyfriend and I first saw these apartments as they were being built, we have never rented before so we were a little green to the experience of going in and asking the right questions. The staff completely understood our worries and was such a big help through the entire process, and if that wasn't enough the complex pretty much sold itself!
