Not worth the money
August 30, 2023Not worth the money. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. People smoke cigarettes and pot inside. Constantly hear dogs barking. Homeless living directly across the street.Review from Apartments.com
good
December 27, 2019I've been living here for seven months and I haven't had any issues. The complex is kept clean everyday of the week. The indoor trash chute system per floor is neat and convenient. I'm one of the first to occupy the newer units. Neighborhood is quite and has three closer bus lines.Review from Apartments.com
Unbearable
July 31, 2019I lived there from February to June of 2019. I moved out and had to break the lease due to unbearable plumbing noise. This was by far the most unpleasant living experience ever. The walls are paper thin and I could hear all this flushing and water running in the pipes. And the thing was that it wasn't just confined to the bathroom. It was all over the studio. The worst sound was coming from the wall in the hallway, which I could hear in my sleeping area. In addition, despite non-smoking policy ...the place reeked like pot everywhere with the smell seeping to my apartment even though I am not a smoker of any kind. The windows were huge but only one tiny window above the refrigerator I could actually open but even then I could only open it a few inches otherwise the neighbor next door couldn't open his door. In addition, it is homeless central and the first week of my living there I had a homeless sleeping in front of my door. I almost stepped on the poor man walking out of my apartment. And, do not go for their specials like 4 weeks free because if you don't like it they will charge you the concession fee by taking you deposit and adding the additional charges. Not recommended. Stay away from this place at all cost.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
April 23, 2018At first glance its a nice looking place, but after a while you see how cheaply made it is. Stairwells are falling apart. You can hear everything. Its extremely loud. Our upstairs neighbor must weigh a 100lbs soaking wet but it sounds like shes 300lbs. They are building an identical building that will connect, they did not tell the tenants until after construction. Constant inconveniences like closing exits, emails talking about a little extra noise (I didn't think it could get louder, but it ...meant jack hammering at 7am), taking away the trash chute and putting a dumpster at the end of the parking lot. After seeing how cheaply they are making the building next door I understand why you can hear every neighbor. Parking is a nightmare. Off street parking is way to expensive. Staff seems to never be around nor care about what complaint you have.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awful
April 5, 2018Tiny, cheaply constructed, shoddy appliances. They only have hook ups for AC, no actual AC units. You can hear EVERYTHING. Parking is non existent. Management is intentionally deceptive. Same company is building a new building next door, it is literally touching the existing structure. Incredibly LOUD.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
August 9, 2017Parking is an absolute nightmare. Street parking is a joke. After circling the block a few times you may find a spot. The 8 spots out front are $150 a month. They had a large parking lot next door that would have been perfect but these idiots had the genius idea of building an identical building filled with the same over priced shoe box sized apartments. The parking is terrible and they want to have twice as many tenants fighting for those limited spaces. The construction started days after ...moving in and of course we weren't told this until after signing the lease. The construction has closed a couple entrances that were convenient for parking on the the opposite side of the building. The appliances are nothing special, the bedroom is extremely small, you can hear the neighbors above you walking around. The price is way to high for what you get.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
