December 5, 2024I don't like my apartment! I live on the first floor. I have all the old stoves and dishwashers that do not work Ice marker in the fridge does not work Dirt has been thrown out in the back of my apartment. I like the community, it's quiet. I have been here for almost (4) four years. Sometimes your package is stolen, but not a lot. In the future by the grace of God, I like to make a transfer request. Thanks! November 7, 2024Since moving in I've had both good and bad experiences. The buildings are old, so I've had to deal with leaks and mold. Being on the bottom floor my unit floods pretty often when it rains heavily. The heat and air conditioning are very loud (and it hasn't always been like that, so maybe my unit is just in need of an upgrade) Also, my dryer caught on fire from lint build-up in the chute. (I'm not sure when/if they are regularly cleaned out?) Most of these issues have been taken care of by ...maintenance promptly and they are always very kind. Requesting maintenance is streamlined and easy. The pool is nice but I wish it opened before noon on weekends at least, 10 am would be perfect.
