November 25, 2024Clean apartment with good facilities and helpful staff, but the painting of the walls of the unit has been done perfunctory and the painting of the kitchen and bath cabinets are unfinished. They show visitors a search room with a printer which later you'll notice they know that it has problem and doesn't work. Also there is a coffee machine which is supposed to serv coffee to residents every day which is filled with coffee once in a month so at the end week of the month it finishes and there is ...no more coffee till next month.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2024I am living here since last 3 years and everything was amazing. Quick maintenance service, cool leasing staff and other staff, good location, 10 min walk to Penn station, 2 min walk to light rail station, and plenty of paid and free parking space.Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2024I just moved in but so far it's been great. Staff is super kind and helpful. The only complaint I have for now is that the AC fans are pretty weak, so they don't help much with cooling down.Property Manager Responded
