December 6, 2024I love the property. I recently moved in however, the apartment wasn’t quite ready for move-in although we signed the lease three weeks in advance. The office staff could be more friendly but overall. I’ll give it 3.8 starsProperty Manager Responded

There’s nothing more valuable than coming home to a beautiful, peaceful, affordable apartment home. My balcony has lots of room for plants and a nice patio set. June 15, 2024This place is very organized and clean. The people who run it keep it consistently clean ( steps / floors) in the common areas. I feel that it's a safe place, especially when they installed cameras and keep a guard at times. Overall it's a good experience for my first apartment in my opinion.Property Manager Responded

May 23, 2024I have a major issue with trash removal. It is consistantly outside of the dumpster and spread all over. Most of the time there is no room in the dumpster so residents have no choice but to put it next to the dumpster. I am not sure why the trash cannot be picked up every day.
