February 19, 2025The office staff has been great. Maintenance was fantastic til I noticed a break in the fence which was allowing people from the neighboring apartment to come onto the property, smoke fentanyl, leave drug paraphernalia (still there), and was told if I want privacy I should buy a home by victor. What I expect is maintenance to be ok with performing maintenance tasks. What I expect is to get a response regarding no accessible parking in the back. February 15, 2025Oversold on property - would recommend checking your unit prior to lease signing. Was told about major renovations that were delaying availability and although some may be true, many things like basic upkeep are lacking; doors don't close all the way, baseboards in bathrooms stripping off walls, and seems they tried to put a coat of paint over everything to take away from the focus on the overall wear down of the property. October 26, 2024I like living here. Neighbors are mindful and friendly. There seems to be a lot of police calls though. Not really sure why but I've seen a decent amount of police cars and cops talking to residents in my one year of living here. Besides that it's been great. Current Resident - Leaving this weekend
January 27, 2022Verified Resident who has lived here over a year. Would never recommend this place. At first glance, its great seems to have everything you want BUT if you are looking for a complex that is respectful, honest, and communicative you will not get that here. Maintenance has been restaffed every 3 months. No one seems to be able to respond in a timely manner and the issues with maintenace in the homes is not habitual. I just had spoken to some residents as well... they have black mold growing on ...their ceilings and walls... funny how not a single person has helped them on this as its a health hazard. I have mold in my ceiling with a leak that still hasnt been repaired for over a month now going on two (its coming from the roof) and the doors inside are place have been fixed three times all of which they told me theyd be back with the correct parts to fix them since they werent properly installed... have I seen anyone come back since october 2020... The vaulted ceilings (obviously we have an 2nd floor unit) are a nice treat the really open up the space. AND if you have pets, this complex does not restrict the breed (from what I've seen).
