February 11, 2025The apartments are good and the staff are easy to talk to. The only downside is the WiFi can be slow from time to time but at least you’re not paying for it lol. For how much you pay in rent and what you get….its a pretty good deal.Review from Apartments.com

February 2, 2025The office staff is super nice! Maintenance has been a little iffy with fixing our smoke detectors and some issues have not been resolved. Our refrigerator has been leaking water and we’ve put work orders in but has not been fixed.Review from Apartments.com

There were a few things that needed to be taken care of and maintenance was there quickly to take care of it. December 10, 2024Throughout the year and a half my roommate and I have lived here we have dealt with the smell of weed coming from our neighbors apartment and mice. Last year office staff wasn’t helpful with the problem. Though this year there are new office staff members who have been much more helpful. We like being able to live so close to campus.
