New Management
April 10, 2023I have been living in this apt community for a few years now, and I must say that the recent change in management has been nothing short of fantastic. The new management team has brought in a fresh perspective and a renewed energy that has made a noticeable difference in the overall atmosphere and quality of living here. Since the new team took over, there have been several upgrades and improvements to the property, including updated landscaping, enhanced security measures, and renovated common ...areas. Extended Stay
August 20, 2015I honestly moved here with the intentions to move out after my first years lease. My apartment office clerks were so incredibly nice, so genuine, so HUMAN! I loved their hospitality so much I ended up renewing my lease. Four years later, I'm still here. I don't think they could pay me to leave. The community doesn't LOOK the best, but they always say don't judge a book by its cover. I love Paces Cove. I'd recommend anyone to move here.Review from Apartments.com
