I have been living in this apt community for a few years now, and I must say that the recent change in management has been nothing short of fantastic. The new management team has brought in a fresh perspective and a renewed energy that has made a noticeable difference in the overall atmosphere and quality of living here. I honestly moved here with the intentions to move out after my first years lease. My apartment office clerks were so incredibly nice, so genuine, so HUMAN! I loved their hospitality so much I ended up renewing my lease. Four years later, I'm still here. I don't think they could pay me to leave. The community doesn't LOOK the best, but they always say don't judge a book by its cover. I love Paces Cove. I'd recommend anyone to move here.
