The property is always beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere here truly feels like home. One of the biggest highlights is the exceptional management and maintenance team. Sierra, the manager, is incredibly professional, always approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that we feel ...comfortable. The maintenance team is just as fantastic. Whenever there's an issue, no matter how small, they respond quickly and efficiently, ensuring that everything is taken care of without delay. December 29, 2023I have lived all over the country, in many rental; Rivage is definitely unmatched in regards to the quality of people running It. Siera is by far the best manager of a building I’ve ever lived in. You would think I was the only resident because she responds quickly and always in a personal way. Maintenance team is so quick and efficient- I’ve never gone more than 2 hours waiting for a request, even as small as a filter change. I wish I could stay here forever!Property Manager Responded

A fantastic apartment community, a bit high on the price.
October 17, 2023I toured Rivage today and was wholly impressed by what I saw in the amenities and public spaces. Jacob, my tour guide, was kind and understanding of my needs for a home, speedily finding an appropriate apartment to view as I enjoyed some water. The amenities for Rivage are well kept, clean, and have many innovations I would be happy to see in other apartments. Particularly the air filtration in the gyms and conference rooms. The homes themselves were spacious, open floorplans. Simply put, the ...only stop gap was in fact, the price. Many of the apartments were beyond what I was willing to pay for. Should my financial situation change, Rivage is certainly something to consider for those looking to have high end community living, outside of the crowding of downtown.Property Manager Responded

Favorite Property by Far!!

The staff and maintenance team go above and beyond to ensure any issues are handled, questions answered, and ultimately have provided the best living experience I've had in Portland thus far. May 31, 2021I can't say enough good things about the staff at Rivage. They are incredibly thoughtful, diligent, and do not let any matter go unaddressed. Kelsey, Cassie, and Lindsey genuinely cared about what I was reaching out to them about and always followed up. I wasn't at Rivage nearly as long as I had hoped but my time there was even more enjoyable due to the staff. Outside of the office, Chris, Andrew, and Nick were very kind when I would see them on the grounds. The property is so well-kept and ...beautiful. It really is a one-of-a-kind apartment complex. May 25, 2021I've lived here for close to 3 years and I couldn't be more satisfied with living here. The place is always clean, updated, and well maintained, along with great amenities to boot. The location is awesome as well. The staff and maintenance crew are fantastic! I've mostly worked with Lindsey, Kelsey, Chris and Nick. They have always been super responsive to all of my needs and are always friendly, reliable and there to help. May 25, 2021I've really enjoyed living in the Rivage thus far. From the leasing process to move-in, everything has been seamless process. The rental staff and maintenance employees go above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of. The amenities and units are extremely nice and it feels like home!Property Manager Responded
