November 17, 2024Maintenance on appliances could be better trash fee is a little extreme and the building protection fee is kind of ridiculous I under the assumption that maintenance was included in the rent price office staff has always been nice and always gets back to me in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

April 4, 2024Love it here! My neighbors are nice and quiet and keeps the area around their apartments clean. This is the second property I’ve stayed at since moving to Nashville and it’s the best place I’ve had so far. March 2, 2024The newer area is so incredibly quiet and calm! We love it up here at the top off the hill, and enjoy the upgraded amenities in the unit. You couldn’t ask for better maintenance - we lost our heat during the snow storm and Derek came out and took care of us TWICE. He gets things done & explains what the problem is and stays in complete communication. My favorite thing is how large the master bedroom AND bath is! You can soak in a bubble bath at the end of the day in your huge tub!Property Manager Responded
