May 2, 2024Have been here a few months and have loved it so far. One issue with the gate but they had it up and running within the week. Terrible
July 10, 2020This was one of the worst apartments I have ever rented, the staff was incompetent, they never pick up the phone, they don't answer emails, the list goes on and on. The apartment itself was disgusting, the cabinets were chipped and the wood was falling off the hinges, bugs and rats everywhere. When I told the apartment they brushed it off saying "no we don't have rats." I definitely recommend that you find somewhere else to live, this place sucks.Review from Apartments.com

July 8, 2020I just moved to the apartment and they never let me check inside until o get the key and sign the contract. When I finally could move the apartment was a real garbage!!! All broken! She has always been a big help with anything I have needed. They are so down to earth I sometimes just go down there to talk. lol I feel very safe and secure living here. Bellaire Apartments are the place to be!
August 6, 2015The manager and the staff memeber are all very kind and friendly. The property is peaceful and quite. You could sit out side enjoy nature and not have to worry about anyone being loud or Ruining your day. These are lovely apartments inside and out. They have a cute park for the kiddos, a basketball court, two pools, and they do fun events for everyone who lives here.
