February 28, 2025Overall it’s been great! I do wish I was able to get more quicker responses regarding work orders. I put in a request to have my bathroom sink stopper replaced over a month ago and haven’t heard anything back.Property Manager Responded

From the moment we moved in, we were welcomed into a warm and friendly community where the staff truly go above and beyond to make tenants feel at home. The office team is incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything, making sure every resident feels valued. The maintenance and support staff are equally amazing—quick, efficient, and always on top of any utility issues. They ...handle everything with professionalism and care, which makes living here stress-free. One of the best surprises? Their homemade honey! My son absolutely loves it—he’s practically addicted to it! It’s those little touches that make Riverstone stand out from other places. February 4, 2025Entire property has a roach problem and there are rats at the dumpster enclosures every night that look like they might be climbing into the dumpsters through holes at the bottom of the dumpsters. November 22, 2024Quiet place to live. Parking is limited and somewhat expensive to pay for only one but it's a quiet place. The people who attend you in the office in general are very calm and kind, they attend with kindness and promptness.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2024I enjoy my residency here at Rivertone. When I observation that I would give is that I notice that the other apartments surrounding this complex have had an exterior makeover in the time I’ve been here (e.g. New Painting on the outside of the building) I know it would be a huge process because our complex is larger, but in the 13 years that I’ve lived here it’s never had a makeover or update, over time it tends to look warn. Also, I wish there were something we could do about the rats ...surrounding the trash cans.Property Manager Responded
