March 28, 2023Brand new building with excellent finishes, proximity to lots of restaurants and shops, walkable and safe. What's not to love? Working with Kim (property manager) has been great, and I really appreciate how kind and thoughtful she and the building owner have been to me since moving in. There is secure access, reserved parking, and a reliable elevator. I'm very happy here and hope to call it home sweet home for a while!Review from Apartments.com

December 30, 2022I've visited quite a few luxury apartments and Kim (PM) is number #1. She's very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable about the community, and she seems to really care about her tenants. the building is brand new, excellent appliances, adequate parking, and it seems tenant safety is a priority.Review from Apartments.com
