DON'T LIVE HERE
January 28, 2018The ONLY upside to living here is....nothing. Literally nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could. The management company is a joke, they're inefficient, and will NEVER return any calls or complaints. My building was without a fire extinguisher for a full year and a half, but after complaining about it numerous times, STILL nothing was done (breaching city fire code. (The doors also break fire code, the whole building is a firefighters worst nightmare)). There's also a roach infestation that the ...management company is well aware of, but is doing nothing about. They have an "Exterminator" come once every couple months, but you know what he ACTUALLY does? Spray a little bit. Wanna know what it actually does? NOTHING. We had to buy our own roach traps to help the problem, but there's such an infestation, they were filled within a couple days. The towing company that the property company has hired are crooks, they'll come and take your car in the middle of the night (Happened to my wife, and another neighbor). The leasing office literally said "Yeah, that happens sometimes." And wouldn't do anything about it, because their contract with the towing company allows for the tow people to show up in the middle of the night!! Pretty sure they drag cars out of the spots, photograph it, and then tow the car. Most of the neighbors we spoke to are planning on leaving after their lease is up because the neighborhood is going down the drains. Violent crime has gone up, someone was shot at the end of the street less than 3 months ago. People smoke weed in the laundry room which fills the building, which speaking of the laundry room, when it doesn't smell like weed, it smells like mold mixed with sewage to do the laundry in washers and dryers that don't work, but astoundingly cost almost 2 bucks per load. Absolutely disgusting. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Don't make the mistake we did, and DON'T LIVE HEREProperty Manager Responded
June 8, 2018I would first like to apologize for any inconvenience that you encountered. It is very unfortunate to hear that any of our valued residents were not provided excellent customer service. It is our goal to attempt to rectify any situation and regret that we weren’t given the opportunity. I can assure you that changes have been made concerning the laundry rooms, Fire Prevention, and Pest Control. If you would like to discuss any additional issues or concerns, please feel free to contact our office and I’d be happy to speak with you. 410-466-2900
