Sami, in particular, went above and beyond to navigate and guide every logistical matter concerning my out-of-state moving experience. As a military veteran with a service-connected condition, Sami truly put forth a valiant and commendable effort to ensure the paperwork process and my move, in general, would go as ...smoothly as possible. She is a tremendous asset to this property and her professionalism, kindness and overall breadth of knowledge are the sole reasons why I choose the Roots at O'Connor over the other neighboring properties. I have felt welcomed at this property. The maintenance issues have been responded to in a timely manner.
