August 29, 2025My friend and I truly enjoy living here at the Roots! We've been here almost a month now. The staff here is very courteous and friendly. Krystine especially was and is very helpful, ensuring that our move in process was smooth, and to this day continues checking in and making sure we're good. We only had two minor things that needed to be fixed maintenance wise but the gentleman that came by was very helpful, courteous, efficient, and was in and out within 5 mins or so. We love where we live and are going on our third year here. The only downside of this complex, which obviously cannot be fixed by any staff member, is the super thin walls.
