January 23, 2024Management is very unprofessional and rude. Maintenance is very unreliable and incompetent with proper maintenance. The manager is afraid to manage and is very selective with her duties. You have no privacy with them constantly making excuses to enter your apartment. The pictures posted will fool you from what they actually have in the exterior.Review from Apartments.com

Just say NO, you're better off staying with family until you resolve your living situation regardless of "low income affordability." The bigger the better
July 23, 2015Amazing high ceiling apts. Giant livingrooms . nice kitchens and bathrooms, good closet space and amazing patios and balconies very large . 1,2,3&4 bedrooms. Amazing staff and a YMCA for the kids. Lived here for 3 years no problems, everyone's really nice. Nice pool and bb court, outdoor grills also near public transportation. Beautiful senic views of the palmsprings mountains.Review from Apartments.com
