June 4, 2022I have lived here since 2016, it has been a nightmare! We had gone through 20 managers, before it was sold. We have maintenance request forms dating back 5 years, nothing has gotten fixed. Management says they are not responsible for anything before they took over. We have: no smoke detectors, a refrigerator that doesn't work properly, a new dishwasher that never worked. It's just laziness on their part. No employees to get the job done. Wonder why? Where do they spend our rent money?
March 11, 2020Since moving in, more and more problems are happening. Police are a constant, as are gunshots. The staff knows who these folks are but it doesn't matter since staff doesn't live here.Review from Apartments.com
