Our general qualifications are as follows: Acceptable credit in the mid 600 range with exceptions for medical and student loans. We like to see verified income for a week equivalent to the monthly rental ( ex : for a $765 per month apartment rental we would like your gross income in the $765 per week range) We are not accepting pets at this property.
