break-in occurred 1x and damage was done to vehicles in garage. -Because this building is older there is no elevator, dish washer, central A/C, or central heating (metal base boards around the apartment and an A/C unit in the bedroom window). -The A/C unit is strong enough to heat up the bedroom, but no other room in the apartment. -Water/Trash/Sewer, Electric, Cable, all must be paid by renter. -Because it is pet friendly, Washer/Dryer sometimes is filled with pet hair, which sucks for your clothes. -An additional parking fee was added to rent ($25 monthly fee) -There is also a $9 monthly property fee. -And if you want to do month to month $100 additional. -Only one window provides sunlight. There is a window that faces inwards into the complex. Slightly weird structure. All and all if you are looking for basic amenities and a slightly spacious place then this is the best bang for your buck. Crime is not bad here. There was only one break in, but rumor has it it was an upset tenant. It is close to a Harmon's and liquor store. You can walk to the Avenues Library and it is close to the LDS Hospital. They have a nice little tennis (?) court they just remodeled that is open to the public. I enjoyed my 2 years here, but I need upgraded appliances (a dishwasher and in unit washer/dryer with no pet hair).
