February 23, 2020The Management Office and Maintenance Staff have always responded quickly and respectfully whenever I've had any issues. Even when I had a ceiling leak after hours. Maintenance showed up and resolved the issue quickly. The office staff are prompt to follow up on any issues. After over 8 years I am very sad.
July 10, 2018After over four management companies I have seen a lot and learned a lot. I have truly enjoyed the fact that Russellville Commons has gone to great lengths and taken pride in keeping the grounds meticulous. For all of the 8 years I have been here I believe Crystal Greens Maintenence was responsible for the beautiful landscaping! Until recently for some reason, they no longer take care of the Property and it is so obvious. The grass that was so well cared for and beautiful green is now over half ...brown and dying. It is crystal clear that the sprinkler system is not working correctly. In addition, most of the plants that were regularly trimmed are now overgrown. Accountability is lacking. Unfortunately, priorities have shifted. Now they are very dog-friendly and make efforts to accommodate dog owners with waste disposal stations and waste bags to ensure dog owners remove dog waste and even put in a small fenced off dog park for the socialization of the dogs. This was the doing of MG Properties the current management company. One huge big deal has always been if something in your apartment is broken they are speedy to respond and always helpful courteous and sociable. For the most part, the office staff are polite, professional and responsive. Great Place!
December 7, 2016We have been living at Russellville Commons for 5 years and been through a few property management changes. MG Properties, the current managers have been great. When we renewed our lease, Meghan worked with us and helped us save money! Not that we needed it, because our rent did not increase, but it was wonderful to work with someone who cared about us, which is refreshing. Community and staff
August 13, 2016Me and my wife was contemplating whether to move to Russellville Commons after reading the reviews, but we made the right choice because of the convenience, everything is so close which we don't need to drive, the grounds are nice and clean, there is a dog park as well. The staff were nice and helpful. We called in for a service request and maintenance showed up within 5 minutes and resolved the problem. April 21, 2016We have lived here for about 6 years. We love the convenience of shopping and max as my sister and I don't drive. When we moved in we had our own stove and refrigerator. Well last night our refrigerator went out. I went to the office and talk to Norma the property manager. She told the gal in the office to call Nacho and get us a refrigerator. Nacho and Aaron showed up 15 minutes later with a refrigerator. They were so nice and helpful. They were also so nice to take our broken refrigerator ...down to our garage. New Management is TERRIBLE
April 12, 2016Russellville was sold early March. The new management is horrible. Had they been the management team when we signed our lease, we would not have done so. They are cold and unwelcoming. The hot tub has been closed since they bought the place...with little idea of when it will open. They are so unhelpful when you ask questions and look at you like you are crazy when asking for help. They do not tell tenants when they have packages at the front desk. For what we are paying, we expect better service. ...They also now require you to have your own paper to print in the computer area. We pay far above the city average for rent. Russellville Commons - It's Okay
October 10, 2015The reviews I read for Russellville were decidedly negative. While there are some downsides to the neighborhood (noise issues at night, mostly), it's a pretty relaxed spot. Greystar, the parent company of Russellville, and Russellville's management standards could use a lot of work. Management doesn't seem very personable, and the rules in place ensure that you know that you are just a renter and this is Portland and don't you know how many other people are dying to live in an apartment in the ...city limits you're so lucky. Home sweet Russelville
October 6, 2015We love our homey apartment at Russellville commons. From it's sunny and breezy summer to the beautiful leaves changing and coziness of fall, this grounds are well kept and make us feel at home all year round, while bringing the complex together in a community feel with pool parties, raffle draws, contests and more. The staff is always quick to react to any requests and always responds to any inquiries, and remembers you by first name. Its a Wonderful Life
August 13, 2015Russelville Commons makes apartment living a perfect fit within Portland. Beautifully maitained, with staff that are always avaliable to assist in resident requests. Russelville has a large courtyard with table, chairs and umbrellas, a gas BBQ, large pool, and hot tub. Also avaliable for resisdent use is the common room with full kitchen, big screen tv and fire place. A full gym, a yoga room, computer lab as well as a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment avaliable for rent for out of town guests ...are even more of the great things residents at Russelville can enjoy.
