September 16, 2024I love living at Sailboat Bay. It is a safe quiet and peaceful community. The best feature is that it is right on lake Lynn. I can go for a walk or a bike ride around the lake without having to drive anywhere. The community is wonderful. The management and maintenance teams are also wonderful. February 1, 2024My experience here has been very positive. I enjoy the assistant manager Christopher, working with him was easy and he was very informative. After moving in there were minor maintenance request which were fulfilled immediately and that was my biggest hope for as a new resident, I now feel valued as a resident here And I will definitely recommend.Property Manager Responded
