  • Could be better, Could be worse.

    Compared to other apartments in the area, it really is a pretty nice place. Maintenance is quick to get to complaints, And the property itself is very well maintained ( tree trimmings, cut grass, shrubs well kept, fresh paint on curbs and outside amenities) the pool has always been clean, even in winter, and over all looks great. As far as the inside of the apartments, it could be better. The paint peels off of doors, cabinets, and absorbs marks like crazy. So does the carpet. I keep my home ...
    clean, and clean everything several times in a week, and still continues to look as if i don't. Overall I feel the inside is very cheaply done, and could DEFINITELY use a huge update.. Especially for the price of rent. For the most part it is very quiet, but weekends, and when school is out tons of kids are in the courtyard, and pool area, and they are very loud, and out there for many hours. I have seen management attempt to fix this, plenty of times. But kids will be kids. I don't blame the management. They have always been very helpful, and there when you need them to be (everyday 9-6 pm) and do try their best. Overall, it isn't a bad place to live, But I'm not sure that I want to stay here forever.
